When the platform's architecture was being rethought, I advocated for a single API layer shared between the main interface and client-facing integrations. This meant every new feature shipped to the UI was immediately available via API. I co-designed the endpoint syntax, shaped the documentation structure, ran user research across analyst types, built the API key management interface, and trained the support team to use the API as a diagnostic tool.
